Our neurological patients will appreciate our wheelchair accessability and our unique training options complimented with the GT-1 weight suspension gait trainer. The GT-1 Gait-trainer provides the best therapy option currently available for those patients with stroke, MS, spinal cord injury, Parkinson, Guillian-Barre´, cerebral palsy, brain injuries, and other neurological conditions, who wish to concentrate on improving, maintaining, or re-learning their walking capabilities. For those clients who have received a new artificial Hip or Knee joint, the GT-1 can speed up your recovery time by allowing you to train to walk while at the same time suspending your body weight on your new joint.
Over time, the amount of body weight is increased until you are capabile of supporting your full weight. Such advanced therapy is normally only available in major rehabilitation centers. We are the first privately owned physical therapy practice in Germany to offer such a therapy outside of a clinical setting.
